My particular recommendation is Notion.so which I also adopted as my personal main note-taking and planning app and in which I wrote the review and other content. (It is free for anybody with an ac.uk or .edu email address.) I still use Onenote for taking notes in meetings and lectures because of its support images on the mobile app but any serious drafting and tracking is done in Notion.
